About the Class: Our classes are for beginner to advanced stitchers/creatives. This class is for people looking to work on a project - whether personal or professional - and need hands on guidance on best approaches.

Physical Location: 391 Main St. Catskill, NY 12414 (*NOTE: We are located on the 2nd Fl with no elevator, so we are unfortunately not ADA accessible at this time.)

Cost: $35 for Group Classes | $150/hr for Private Classes

Private 1-on-1’s are also available virtually.

Material Checklist:

  • You are expected to bring your own fabrics and tools. When you submit your application, we will let you know what you may need during the workshop.

  • Machines: If you would like to use our equipment, you must sign up for a prerequisite training course for 2 hours. Please inquire to book time for a weekday evening. We have 2 home sewing machines available on a first come first serve basis. Daily rentals of these machines are $25/session.

About the Instructor: Sergio Guadarrama

Sergio Guadarrama is the Co-Founder of Made X Hudson and Owner of his own sustainable haute couture atelier, CELESTINO. With nearly two decades of fashion design experience, Sergio brings invaluable industry knowledge to both our factory, and the classroom. He has taught and mentored students at from FIT to FIDM, and as recently and locally at Olana. He has worked with longstanding institutions such as the Metropolitan Opera to celebrities such as Billy Porter. More recently, he was a finalist on Bravo’s Project Runway.

He holds degrees from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles and the prominent Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
